harny1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to your interaction with the harny.ai website. The infrastructure that processes your data when you use a Harny-powered app is described in the Privacy Policy. Your contractual relationship for that app is with the app's developer, governed by the app's own terms of service. The developer decides what data reaches Harny and why; Harny processes it on the developer's instructions, as their processor.
2. No Account, No Contract Created
Visiting or reading harny.ai does not create an account with Harny, does not enroll you in any Harny service, and does not create a direct contractual relationship between you and Harny. These Terms govern only your interaction with this informational website.
If you are a developer integrating Harny into your application, your contractual relationship with Harny is governed by the separate Developer Agreement you accepted during app provisioning.
3. Acceptable Use
When accessing harny.ai, you agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from this website beyond what is necessary for search engine indexing
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the website or circumvent authentication mechanisms
- Submit abusive, fraudulent, or misleading communications to the contact addresses listed on this website
- Use the website in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its availability
4. Service Availability
The information on harny.ai is provided as-is. We make no uptime guarantee for this informational website. We make no uptime commitment for the Harny infrastructure that powers connected apps either: the Developer Agreement states that there is no service level agreement, no availability target, and no credit for downtime.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on harny.ai (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Vexta Labs Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to this content for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vexta Labs Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
This limitation covers only the harny.ai informational website. Liability related to the Harny infrastructure service is addressed in the Developer Agreement between Harny and the developer of the app you use.
7. Changes to These Terms
We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when we make changes. For material changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect by updating this page and, where practicable, noting the change in our developer communications.
